once your lab order is received ,you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.  Lab orders can be received by fax or email. No Insurance (Private Pay Only).

 

Call to schedule appointments or email your Doctors requisition or have your doctor fax over requisition. Sorry no on-line booking.. All lab orders are to be properly reviewed for special handling and to make sure correct supplies are on hand.
